WEDDINGS

Your wedding day is one that you will remember forever. From saying “I do” to your soulmate to celebrating your love and new life with your family and friends, we know how important this day is and we are here to turn your wedding dreams into reality. We strongly believe that your wedding day should be as unique as you are and all of our packages are tailored to suit your taste and budget.

Our ballroom can accommodate up to 100 people and features a dance floor where you can have your first dance as a newly married couple. The nearby Paternoster Beach is an ideal setting for a tranquil seaside ceremony. For those who prefer an indoor wedding, there is a charming little church with white-washed walls and bright blue trim just a short walk from the hotel.

We are so excited to share this special day with you and as a thank you, we offer every couple that books their wedding with us a complimentary night at our hotel. For guests visiting from out of town, our newly renovated family rooms, double rooms, and twin rooms provide the perfect place for your guests to relax after dancing the night away on the dancefloor or soaking in the atmosphere of the iconic Panty Bar.

PIKKEWYN

Pikkewyn, our indoor restaurant area, can be used for smaller functions up to 30 people. The welcoming space features an indoor braai and a separate bar. It also has a big screen TV that can be used for watching sporting events or for giving multi-media presentations.

PANTY BAR

The Panty Bar, a legendary landmark on the West Coast of South Africa, began as a simple watering hole. As the bar’s collection of panties grew, so did the bar’s popularity. Today, it is a must-see attraction for visitors to Paternoster and features a wide variety of beers, spirits and wines as well as a full-cocktail list.
