We strongly recommend that all clients make use of a travel agent & firearm clearing agent.
All our transfers are done by a specialised transfer company that works hand in hand with most of the clearing agents. One of our agents will be available at the airport to assist you.
We recommend that for all flights arriving late afternoon, in the evening and departing early morning clients should consider spending the night at Blue Sapphire Hotel in Dar Es Salaam and Kibo Palace Hotel in Arusha.
Becuase the national speed limit in Tanzania is 50MPH it takes around 11 hours to get to Iluma WMA. We recommend all clients make use of a charter flight. If a client decides to make use of road transfer, 2 extra days must be added to the trip to make provision for traveling time as all clients spent the night halfway to avoid night driving and allow the client a relaxed journey.
Makame WMA (Masailand) is a 3-hour drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport. Although there are charter flights available, it is not necessary.
Although clients can use whichever taxidermy they prefer, we recommend that our clients use Life Form Taxidermy.
Full day fees and government fees must be paid 90 days prior to the safari. Trophy fees must be settled at the end of the safari.
Full payment is required before any client leaves camp. Payments can be made by way of WIRE TRANSFER, CASH or CREDIT CARD.

Tsetse Flies occur througout Tanzania, some places more than other. It is the client’s responsibility to bring bug spray on safari. We recommend any bug spray that contains Picardin. Bring along Premethrin for treatment of your hunting gear.
