ABOUT ALPETRA NATURE RESERVE
Alpetra Nature Reserve is a 4,000 ha (10,000 acres) game reserve. It boasts a variety of South Africa’s most impressive species to encounter from plains game to big game including buffalo, kudu, eland, leopard, brown hyena, and more. With no inside fencing and a vast expanse of hunting area, you will get an ethical, fair chase hunting experience.
You will be treated to exceptional luxury lodging facilities situated in an abundance of nature to experience the Waterberg biome – a water-rich bushveld oasis. Bordering Marakele National Park (35,000 ha or 86,700 acres) and Welgevonden Nature Reserve (30,000 ha or 75,000 acres), this contributes to a wide variety of wildlife, bird life, and nature.
