VILLA VIEW
Villa View is tastefully decorated & sleeps 10 people in 5 rooms on 3 levels with luxurious linen. It is well equipped with all amenities, incl. open plan kitchen on the top floor. It is exceptionally well located from the harbour & sea front with great sea views.

The house offers 3 levels of spacious living with 5 rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, open plan integrated kitchen, braai area (BBQ), dining room and lounge, entertainment room with table tennis, games, wine and beverage fridges, a studio that offers working space, outside pergola with braai area (BBQ) and spacious garden.

Villa View offers beautiful unrestricted sea views. There is a tidal pool, swings on the green for the kids, rock pools, lovely walking areas along the beach front & hiking trails on the coastline, even all the way to the Danger Point lighthouse, which can be entered at a small fee. You can go fishing off the harbour wall, kayaking when conditions permit or even play a little bit of golf on the village course.

BOOKING TERMS
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1000.00 is due regardless of the length of stay. A breakages deposit of R2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. Regretfully no pets allowed. Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke. No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbours. No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed. No external speakers allowed.

Minimum stay of 2 nights | Long weekends minimum stay 3 nights | Peak seasons minimum stay 14 nights

Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.

No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit. Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
