SUNBIRD COTTAGE
Nestled in our wonderfully quiet estate, this quaint ‘tiny home’ offers a charming retreat. Perfect for those seeking a cute and quaint escape, this tiny home offers warmth and simplicity in an intimate setting.

The cottage features a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, creating a soothing atmosphere for relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers a lovely dining table that seats four, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bedroom includes an extra-length king-size bed for restful nights, while the bathroom features a large shower that opens onto a quaint courtyard with an outdoor shower, adding a delightful beachy touch.

Upstairs, the loft area is fitted with an extra-length double bed, offering additional sleeping space for guests at a surcharge. Outside, the green-encompassed patio features a dining area, braai, and outdoor seating providing a lovely space to enjoy the fresh air and serene surroundings. There is a carport for 1 vehicle. Please note, pets are not permitted. This cottage’s child policy restricts stays to children aged 12 and older.
