Your Stay
The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and sea view from bedroom. The space is thoughtfully equipped for a relaxed self-catering stay, with a small kitchenette offering the basics you need, including:
Bar fridge * Induction cooker * Air fryer * Pots and pans * Kettle * Basic kitchen essentials * Blender for smoothies * Toaster * Kettle

Bath towels and beach towels are provided, so you can pack a little lighter and spend more time enjoying the coast.

Outdoor Living and Ocean Views
The real magic of Sea-and-Sand is stepping outside. Being right on the beachfront, you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and the fresh West Coast air from the outdoor patio. The patio also has a Weber braai, perfect for a relaxed evening braai while listening to the waves and watching the sun go down. There is also an outdoor shower and sink for your convenience. Please note that these have cold water only. If you would like warm water, you are welcome to use the kettle.

And when you need to stay connected, free Wi-Fi is available.

Bringing Your Four-Legged Friend?
Small dogs may be accommodated as an additional service by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking to confirm that your furry companion can be accommodated.

A Few Important House Rules
To ensure that Sea-and-Sand remains a safe, peaceful and enjoyable place for everyone, we have a few important rules. No parties or events are permitted, and strictly no additional or unregistered guests are allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may stay at or use the property. For everyone’s safety and the security of the property, exterior areas are monitored by CCTV. These measures help protect our guests, our neighbours and the property, while keeping the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere that makes Britannia Bay so special. No smoking allowed inside the studio. No children allowed.

Mid-season (1 September – 9 December) – R1,250 per night.
Mid-season (16 January – 30 April) – R1,250 per night
High/Peak season (10 December – 15 January) – R1,650 per night.

Minimum Stay Requirements
2 Nights – Weekdays and Weekends (Monday to Sunday)
3 Nights – Long weekends and the Easter weekend
