Eloa Studio is an intimate and snug 50m² 1-bedroom partial sea view studio situated in the row just behind our seafront beach houses, but with a higher elevation overlooking them, with beautiful views of the Paternoster Bay.

The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The fully fitted kitchen includes a 4-plate gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. The living area has a flat-screen smart television, Wi-Fi internet access, and an electronic safe large enough to store a laptop.

It has a patio from where you can enjoy wonderful views and unforgettable sunsets. There is covered parking in front of the studio. This studio is pet-friendly with prior arrangements at an additional charge.

It has a patio with a Weber braai kettle for the obligatory braai or barbeque. From here you can enjoy wonderful views and unforgettable sunsets. Studio 6 has covered parking in front of the studio. Please note that different rates apply depending on the season of the year as well as during long weekends and school holidays.

House Rules
A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost. Guests are welcome to bring extra lamps, but candles are not permitted for safety reasons.

Pets are allowed with prior arrangement, and a pet surcharge applies at an additional cost. Payment for pets must be made directly to the property. Please confirm the pet policy before booking. Guests must keep pets off the furniture and ensure no damage is caused to the property. Pets may not be left unattended in the accommodation or outdoor areas, and owners must clean up after them responsibly. Not all units have enclosed or private gardens, so pets must be supervised at all times to prevent roaming or disturbing neighbouring guests.

Dogs under six months are not permitted. Only dogs and cats are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per accommodation. Exotic animals are not permitted. Pet amenities are not provided, so guests must bring their own essentials, including food, bedding, and bowls. Pets may enjoy the beach, but should be dried or wiped down before returning inside.
