This is a beautiful double story holiday house. It has everything that you need for a perfect getaway holiday. 3 bedrooms all en-suite, one room has 1 queen bed, a room with twin beds and 1 room with a set of bunk beds, 2 lounges, one with a bar area and one with a wood fireplace, an open plan kitchen, scullery, double garage, and pool table. Large garden with swimming pool (no safety net).

The jacuzzi in the picture is NOT available to guests. Regretfully no children under the age of 10. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.

BOOKING TERMS
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home. A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke. No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbours. No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.

Minimum stay of 2 nights |Long weekends minimum stay 3 nights | Peak season minimum stay 14 nights

Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due. The following cancellation fees shall be applicable: No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit. Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
