This luxurious self-catering holiday house is the ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the busy city life. It has amazing sea views from the lounge/kitchen and the balcony. The house is within easy walking distance from the Davies tidal pool and coastal walkway, and also from the local little shopping centre, which offers a doctor’s consulting rooms, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, a liquor store, a small supermarket and a pub. The Onrus beach and lagoon are but a short drive away.

This open plan home has spacious living areas with sliding doors opening up to the balcony with a built-in braai/entertainment area. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped. The bar area has dining room seating for 12 people. The Main bedroom, upstairs, has a Queen bed. The second bedroom, upstairs, has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The third bedroom, downstairs, has an XL Queen bed. The Fourth bedroom, downstairs, has a double bed and a single bed. The fifth bedroom, downstairs, has 2 single beds, 2 Bathrooms has a bath, basin and toilet. 2 Bathrooms has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. One bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet

BOOKING TERMS
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1000.00 is due regardless of the length of stay. A breakages deposit of R2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. Regretfully no pets allowed. Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke. No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbours. No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed. No external speakers allowed.

Minimum stay of 2 nights | Long weekends minimum stay 3 nights | Peak season minimum stay 14 nights

Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due. No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit. Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
