KEY AND BREAKAGE DEPOSIT NOTE:
A R1500 key & breakage cash deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable on day of departure, after house has been scrutinized and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the full payment having been received.

MINIMUM STAYS
2 Nights over a weekend
3 Nights for bookings during weekdays
3 – 4 Nights – over long weekends and Easter weekend.
4 Nights – during SA school holidays.
7 Nights – during SA December/January school holiday.

COST
Low season (1 May – 31 August) – R1,800 per night
Mid-season (11 January – 30 April / 1 September – 10 December) – R 2,600 per night.
High/Peak season (11 December – 10 January) – R 4,250 per night.
R 700 – Cleaning fee per stay.
R1200 – Refundable Breakage Deposit
