MYRTLES RETREAT
Still Bay, also known as the Bay of the Sleeping Beauty, is a charming seaside village which forms part of the famous Garden Route with its close neighbours Jongensfontein and Melkhoutfontein. It is situated along the banks of the Goukou River estuary where it meets the Indian Ocean on the Southern Cape coast of South Africa. Myrtle, who has owned and run guest houses in Durban and Pinetown, Kwazula-Natal for the last 20 years has now opened a brand new Retreat in Still Bay, Western Cape.

The key to Myrtle’s success is that she is the perfect hostess, always concerned about the comfort of her guests. In its beautiful setting in Still Bay, Myrtle’s Retreat is a true paradise, designed in old Cape Dutch Architecture but with all modern conveniences, making life at Myrtle’s Retreat comfortable and luxurious.
