Enjoy the spectacular sea view over the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony! This unique house (non-smoking) is a self-catering holiday house situated in Shelley Point (within a golf estate – all rules to adhere to) in St Helena Bay on the West Coast. It is walking distance to the beach.

This 3-bedroom house can sleep 6 guests and is situated on the first floor. Ideal for a family of 6. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed with its own bathroom (shower). Guests are provided with bath towels.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and shared bathroom (shower). Guests are provided with bath towels.

The third bedroom contains 2 – single/three quarter beds and shared bathroom (shower). Guests are provided with bath towels.

Parking is available for two vehicles. For golf enthusiasts, the estate offers an excellent golf course. There is the Shelley Point Community Centre that is available for guests (Restaurant). Beautiful surrounding areas to explore in our Estate. Take a walk along our sandy shores or enjoy putt putt. A guided kayaking experience is also available weather permitting. NO pets allowed. NO Smoking and Vaping allowed within the house and rooms – outside only.

MINIMUM STAYS
2 Nights over a weekend
3 Nights for bookings during weekdays
3 – 4 Nights – over long weekends and Easter weekend.
4 Nights – during SA school holidays.
7 Nights – during SA December/January school holiday.

COST
Low season (1 May – 31 August) – R2,750 per night
Mid-season (11 January – 30 April) – R 3,250 per night.
High/Peak season (11 December – 10 January) – R 4,500 per night.
R 650 – Cleaning fee per stay.
