C the C a beautiful self-catering spacious holiday home with a wide balcony with amazing sea views. A modern style beach house situated in the popular seaside neighbourhood of Onrus only 15 minutes from Hermanus CBD. It’s the ideal getaway for family or group of friends wanting to relax and unwind from the rat race. The home is close to the famous Onrus beach and only around 30 meters from the seafront and cliff paths.

C the C offers you an open plan living and dining area. A wide patio with amazing sea views. A fully equipped kitchen which leads into a braai/BBQ room. 2 bedrooms with double beds. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 1 bedroom with double bunk (5 bedrooms in all). Main bedroom is en-suite. 1 small bedroom is en-suite with a shower. Two bathrooms to share. (4 bathrooms in all.)

BOOKING TERMS
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1000.00 is due regardless of the length of stay. A breakages deposit of R2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. Regretfully no pets allowed. Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke. No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbours. No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed. No external speakers allowed.

Minimum stay of 2 nights | Long weekends minimum stay 3 nights | Peak season minimum 14 nights

Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due. No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit. Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
