NOTE – A non-refundable pet deposit of R200 per pet is payable with the balance 7 days before arrival.

KEY AND BREAKAGE DEPOSIT NOTE:
A R1000 key & breakage deposit is payable at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is refundable within 5 – 7 working days, after house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the full payment having been received.
