This unpretentious but comfortable pet friendly family home is centrally situated in the Hermanus suburb of Onrus River. The house is within easy walking distance from the Davies tidal pool and the famous Onrus Beach and coastal walkway. The house consists of an open plan living area. There is an outside built-in braai and a proper pizza oven on a deck with garden furniture. The house has wheelchair access. You four-legged family is also very welcome as there is a large walled garden.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 has two three quarter beds and bedroom 4 has a Queen bed. The 1st bathroom has shower, bath, basin, toilet. The 2nd bathroom has shower, basin, toilet

BOOKING TERMS
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1000.00 is due regardless of the length of stay. A breakages deposit of R2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke. No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbours. No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed. No external speakers allowed.

Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.

No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit. Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
