101 Fairways is a charming self-catering modern 3 bedroom home situated in Shelley Point, Saint Helena Bay, and can accommodate 7 guests in the 3 bedrooms. 5 Adults maximum. Perfectly suited for extended families, the home is designed for comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

The house is situated right on the golf course and is conveniently close to all the beautiful beaches Shelley Point has to offer. Enjoy an indoor braai with a stunning view of the fairways. If you need a break from the ocean, you can cool off in the pool at the clubhouse.

Please note that if you book the 5-bedroom option that the whole house is booked and the other bedroom options is not available.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom a single bed and a bunkbed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV. Wi-Fi access is provided. Guests have access to a lovely balcony with seating and a braai area.

The estate provides private parking, and guests can enjoy a private beach area and water sports facilities. There is a pool at the clubhouse where they can cool off after a day at the beach or a game of golf.

Low season (1 May – 31 August) – R3,500 per night
Mid-season (16 January – 30 April) – R3,900 per night
Mid-season (1 September – 9 December) – R3,900 per night.
High/Peak season (10 December – 15 January) – R8,500 per night.
